CARLOS ALBERTO JARAMILLO

The library is a very important space within our museum, it was created with the objective of compiling the information of almost a century of research in the Tatacoa Desert. It has a wide variety of books and didactic games that are available to provide a service to the community of La Victoria and in general to any visitor who wishes to make use of the books or other information of their preference.

The name of our library is a tribute to Colombian paleontologist Carlos Alberto Jaramillo, who has been an important ally of our institution. He currently works at the Smithsonian Tropical Research Institute in Panama, where he has made important contributions to scientific education in our country and is the author of important world-class research.
